Paley Residence — Villa Hills, KY

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This full kitchen remodel in Villa Hills, Kentucky presented a scope that touched every surface — approximately 60 linear feet of custom inset face frame cabinetry in hard maple, finished in a Sherwin Williams custom-matched paint and stain combination.

The kitchen wraps with built-in appliances integrated throughout, anchored by a large island with an eating bar at one end and integrated pop-up power outlets cut into the countertop. A dedicated wet bar area rounds out the space — a run of lower cabinets with a small sink, undercounter wine fridge, and upper cabinets flanking both sides.

Hardware and functional inserts throughout are Century Made — drawer inserts, organizational components, and accessories specified and installed as part of the full build.

Beyond the cabinetry, Precision provided all millwork and custom wood shelving for the project, keeping material and finish consistency throughout.

Inset face frame construction demands tight tolerances and clean execution — there's nowhere to hide. Every door, drawer, and panel on this project was built and finished in our Loveland shop.
