MDF Door & Drawer Faces
Flat MDF doors and drawer faces cut to spec. Profiles and edge details quoted per job.
Custom Profiles - Quoted per job
Unusual geometry, contoured edges, or complex programs quoted individually. Send the drawing.
File Conversion - $150/hr
We run Mozaik natively. Have DXF, SVG, or other formats? We’ll handle the conversion - billed at $150/hr, confirmed in writing before we start.
02 / MATERIALSBring yours or use ours.
We accept customer-supplied material. Drop it off when you book your cut so the floor is clear and someone is available to receive it. We inspect material at intake and flag anything off before we cut - material behavior after that point remains your risk.
We also sell and supply standard sheet goods - plywood, MDF, and melamine. Send your cut list and we’ll price material alongside machine time, stage and ready when your job runs. Customer panel layups available on request.
03 / HOW IT WORKSThree steps, no chasing.
Step 01Send your files
Mozaik files run natively. Have drawings or another format? We’ll confirm conversion scope and cost before anything runs.
Step 02Confirm price and date
You get the sheet count, the price from the menu, and your completion date - in writing, before we cut.
Step 03Pick up finished parts
Cut, labeled, and stacked in assembly order. Ready for your shop or your site.
04 / TURNAROUNDSeven day standard. Expedited when the schedule allows.
Standard turnaround is seven business days from file approval and job confirmations. Expedited turnaround is available subject to machine availability - ask when you book. Rush jobs carry and upcharge confirmed in your written quote.
05 / REMAKESIf a part comes out wrong.
Work that doesn’t match your released cut files are remade at our cost - labor and material - when reported within 5 business days of pickup and before parts are assembled, finished, or installed.
Remedy is recutting or re-banding the affected parts at our shop. Costs beyond the parts are not covered, and our total liability is the amount invoiced for the affected work - our price, not the value of your sale to your customer.
Work that matches the release but needs changing bills at standard rates.
Customer-supplied material is cut as received. We check count and size at intake and report anything that looks or feels off, but material behavior - moisture, warp, voids - remains your risk. Recuts from material defected bill at standard rates.
Where fault is genuinely unclear, we cover the labor and you cover the material.
